Check out the menu to the left. Moderately cool right? Here's how you do that.
Below is what the images I made look like:
To create a navigation bar go to Insert -> Image Objects -> Navigation Bar
Select your images.
Keep in mind, only one nav bar can be created per page. If you need to add more rollovers other than that menu, I suggest using Insert -> Image Objects -> Rollover Image
The way I edit the nav bar is to try and create another one, have it tell me I can't, then it'll ask if I want to edit the existing one. I'm sure there are other ways but that's how I do it.
